United Hands Relief (UHR) is a nonprofit dedicated to providing humanitarian aid and relief across the globe. While their impact on the ground was undeniable, their identity and communications didn’t fully reflect the scale, professionalism, and authenticity of their mission.
As UHR expanded its reach, it became clear that their brand needed to evolve into something that would resonate with international donors, partners, and communities worldwide.
The challenge was to rebuild the brand from the foundation up, ensuring every touchpoint—from logo to donation checkout—was unified, authentic, and instantly reputable.
The REDSHIFT Strategy: A Cohesive Digital Ecosystem
REDSHIFT approached the rebranding of UHR as a mission-critical strategic endeavor, not merely a design refresh. Our goal was to provide the organization with the professional armor needed to elevate its operations to a different level.
Brand Strategy & Visual Identity
We began by defining UHR’s core values and unique voice. This strategy informed a completely redesigned visual system, moving the organization beyond basic volunteer efforts into the realm of professional humanitarian aid. The new identity was engineered to look immediately authentic and reputable, reflecting the gravity and professionalism of their global efforts.
Website as Mission Control
We designed and built the new UHR website (uhrelief.org), positioning it as the central hub for their entire operation. This involved structuring the complex flow of programs, impact reports, and donation verticals into a clean, intuitive, and professional digital experience. The site’s architecture was designed to maximize user trust and donation conversions.
