Role Overview

We are seeking a proactive, strategic, and high-energy Growth Marketing Manager to drive a dual-impact role. First, you will lead the growth and market positioning of REDSHIFT, elevating our visibility, brand trust, and setting the foundation to lead our future Marketing Department. Second, you will immediately take the strategic lead on our premier account in the Humanitarian & Nonprofit sector, optimizing their digital fundraising, trust metrics, and global donor acquisition, with the opportunity to scale these frameworks across future agency clients.

A core pillar of this role is leveraging modern AI workflows, marketing automation, and smart tool integration to drastically elevate output speed, content quality, and campaign results.

Key Responsibilities

Growth Marketing for REDSHIFT (Internal Agency Growth)

  • Elevate Brand Visibility: Act as a proactive initiator to place REDSHIFT on a different level regarding industry visibility, thought leadership, and authority.

  • Build Market Trust: Develop and execute campaigns that prove REDSHIFT’s capability, showcasing case studies, elite creative work, and client success.

  • Department Leadership (Future Track): Establish scalable marketing frameworks, document processes, and demonstrate the leadership required to build and head the REDSHIFT Creative Marketing Department.

Client Strategy & Execution (Focus: High-Impact Nonprofits & Businesses)

  • Trust & Credibility Architecture: Assess client digital footprints and implement trust-building strategies (transparency campaigns, impact proof, storytelling) to rapidly expand their donor or customer base.

  • Media Buying & Paid Acquisition: Oversee omni-channel paid advertising campaigns. Target the right audiences at the right time to increase conversion rates and maximize online revenue/donations for client initiatives.

  • Omnichannel Synchronization: Audit and align all client touchpoints (website, email, social media, landing pages) to ensure messaging is updated, cohesive, and driving toward the core conversion goals.

  • Year-Round Campaign Calendar: Design, plan, and execute comprehensive 360-degree annual marketing calendars that capitalize on seasonal peaks, industry trends, and high-propensity giving/buying cycles.

AI, Automation & Workflow Integration (Efficiency & Scale)

  • AI-Driven Content Speed & Quality: Utilize generative AI tools to rapidly draft, iterate, and optimize ad copy, email hooks, and social content while strictly maintaining a high-quality human polish and distinct brand voice.

  • Marketing Automation Pipelines: Design and deploy automated lifecycle marketing workflows (e.g., automated email/SMS welcome sequences, donor retention drips, and abandoned-cart/donation flows).

  • Data & System Integration: Connect and sync marketing stacks (CRMs, paid media platforms, analytics dashboards, and automation tools) to ensure clean data flow, accurate conversion tracking, and real-time reporting.

Ideal Candidate Profile

1. The “Initiator” Mindset (Leadership)

You don’t wait for instructions. You look at REDSHIFT and our client portfolio, spot the gaps, bring data-backed strategies to the table, and execute them. You have the ambition to grow from a hands-on marketer into a department leader.

2. The Tech-Forward Growth Marketer (Hard Skills)

  • Proven track record in Media Buying / Paid Ads (Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads/Ad Grants, TikTok).

  • Deep understanding of Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO), landing page design, and tracking analytics.

  • AI Literacy: Highly proficient in prompt engineering and integrating AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Midjourney, or specialized marketing AI software) into daily creation and strategy workflows to boost efficiency.

  • Automation Savvy: Experienced in setting up multi-channel automation platforms (e.g., Klaviyo, HubSpot, ActiveCampaign) and integration tools (e.g., Zapier, Make) to connect disconnected systems.

3. The Brand Orchestrator (System Skills)

      • Experience building and managing cross-channel content calendars.

      • Obsessive attention to detail regarding consistency across web, social, email, and ad copy.

Success Metrics (KPIs)

For REDSHIFT: Increase in inbound client leads, higher brand engagement metrics, and successful mapping of an efficient, AI-augmented marketing department structure.

  • For Agency Clients: Measurable increase in conversion volume (donations/sales) and improved ROAS (Return on Ad Spend) on paid media.
  • Operational Velocity: Significant reduction in campaign turnaround times and content production cycles through successful automation and AI integration without sacrificing elite brand standards.
