Head of Marketing & Strategy

May 1, 2026
The Vision

At REDSHIFT Creative, we don’t just follow trends; we shift them. We are looking for a dual-threat Head of Marketing & Digital Strategist, someone who can balance the high-level growth of our internal brand with the tactical execution of world-class marketing projects for our clients.

This isn’t just a “management” role. You are the architect of our growth and the lead consultant for the brands that trust us. If you can build a scalable lead-gen engine for an agency while simultaneously deep-diving into a client’s ROAS, you’re exactly who we’re looking for.

Core Responsibilities

Internal Agency Growth (The “Shift”)

  • Brand Authority: Elevate REDSHIFT’s presence in the market through thought leadership, content strategy, and community engagement.

  • Lead Generation: Build and manage a sustainable pipeline of high-value inbound leads for the agency.

  • Strategic Partnerships: Identify and nurture relationships with complementary brands and influencers.

Client Strategy & Leadership (The “Creative”)

  • Omnichannel Strategy: Design high-impact digital roadmaps for clients across SEO, SEM, Paid Social, and Email Marketing.
  • Project Oversight: Lead the marketing team (or freelancers) to ensure client deliverables meet our high standards and exceed KPIs.
  • Performance Analysis: Translate complex data into “human” stories, providing clients with clear insights on their ROI.
What You Bring to the Table

Experience: 5+ years in digital marketing, preferably with agency experience. You’ve seen the “behind the scenes” of multiple industries.

Dual-Mindset: You are equally comfortable with a creative brainstorming session and a spreadsheet full of raw data.

Technical Prowess: Deep knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, HubSpot/CRMs, and Google Analytics 4.

Communication: You can pitch a vision and then explain the technical “why” to a developer without losing anyone in translation.

Leadership: You don’t just delegate; you mentor. You’re a “player-coach” who isn’t afraid to get your hands dirty.

Requirements
  • 3–5 years of experience in digital design (Agency or In-house).
  • Portfolio Excellence: A strong showcase of UI/UX work and brand identity systems. (We want to see how you handle typography and layout).
  • Figma Power-User: You should be comfortable with Auto Layout, Components, and Prototyping.
  • Strategic Intuition: You can explain why a specific visual direction supports a client’s goal.
  • US-Based: You must reside in and be authorized to work in the United States.
Why REDSHIFT?

Autonomy: We don’t micromanage. We hire experts and let them lead.

Impact: Your work directly dictates the growth trajectory of the agency.

Culture: We value wit, curiosity, and the relentless pursuit of “better.”
